Yviana Reyes is a holistic art therapy life coach, 15 year military veteran, and accomplished artist from Cibolo, Texas, whose life experiences have profoundly shaped her mission to help others heal. Diagnosed with PTSD, major depressive disorder, anxiety, agoraphobia, and dissociative disorder, Yviana’s personal battles include overcoming toxic relationships with narcissistic individuals, surviving sexual harassment and assault in the military, and enduring the loss of three children due to miscarriages. For over 14 years, she also battled psychogenic non-epileptic seizures, all while navigating the spiritual warfare of fighting curses and witchcraft from those she once loved.
Yviana’s journey is one of resilience and transformation. Through her faith and holistic healing practices, she found strength and healing, dedicating her life to helping others on their own paths to recovery. She combines evidence-based therapies like Dialectical and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with art therapy, sound healing, and plant medicine to provide a safe space for individuals to heal emotionally and spiritually.
Her accomplishments extend beyond her coaching work. Yviana’s art has been featured in the San Antonio Magazine (2023) and has been selected for exhibition in three different museums and a library as part of the Distinguished Veteran Artists Exhibitions: Wichita Falls, TX (2022), San Antonio, TX (2023), and Austin, TX (2024). For the past three years, her art has touched the lives of many, offering a glimpse into her journey of healing and resilience.
